Yes. In the app, you can simply go to the "My Orders" section and choose an order from your previous orders, and re-order it.

Contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order. However, please note that if the order is already dispatched then any additional items may be accounted as a new order.

If you have any issues with your order, you can notify us by calling our call center number or send us your complaint on complaint section and your complaint will be handled by our customer service team with high care.

If the order you received mismatches the order you placed or if there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly through or by calling our call center and our customer service team will replace the product and keep you informed on this.

If you entered the wrong combination of email/password repeatedly up to 5 times, your account will be blocked temporarily. The system will automatically email you a verification link where you need to unblock your account. In this email, we will also ask you to choose a new password.

Yes. You can rate and write a review about your previous order. You can simply go to ‘My Orders’ tab on my account page and click on a particular order to rate/review.

It depends on the estimated delivery time. To keep you updated, each activity will be updated which you can also view, and we also send you notification from where you can keep tracking of your order. However, the time may vary depending on the road traffic congestion also.

As online payment is routed through bank side, so if the return placed on same day, it is expected, the return of payment will be done in 24 to 48 hours maximum, however, if the return request is placed next day, then the request will be routed by bank in 5 to 7 days maximum.
